A Research On The Path Of Central Town’s Population Agglomeration

Promote new urbanization is a national strategy in China after Chinese Communist18th Congress.The core of new urbanization is the human urbanization.In order to achieve human urbanization,we should achieve population agglomeration in space first otherwise there is no new urbanization. Central town is a junction which connecting urban and rural in our urban and rural systems.Central town achieve population agglomeration in rural areas related to the course of new urbanization. Certainly,the population agglomeration in central town not just a large number of the population is concentrated in space,but we should achieve the human urbanization of people-oriented,so that everyone could enjoy the benefits of reform and opening up.In this study analyze the2012Zhejiang Province and the local Statistical Yearbook data relating to the center town firstly,and describes the human urbanization status of the center town in Zhejiang Province.Then we use the data which obtained by field research during the summer of2012about the rural residents of5center towns in Zhejiang Province for substantive analysis,trying to figure out the impact factors of rural residents to move to the center of the town factors,and accordingly put forward policy recommendations.Zhejiang Province is the best economic development and have the high level of urban-rural integration in China.Zhejiang Province begin to cultivate central towns from90s of last century,so we choose Zhejiang Province as the research subjects is meaningful. This paper analyzes the history, achievements and status of developing central towns in Zhejiang Province,and point out that the concentration of population capacity remains weakly which will hinder the center town to play a role of nodes in urban and rural areas in the new urbanization strategy.Population in rural areas is the major source of central town area.research the factor which impact rural residents in rural areas to move to the town have the theoretical value for improving the center town of Zhejiang Province and the country’s ability to gather demographic.We investigate the migration of rural residents wishes in Diankou Town、Tangxi Town、 Liucheng Town、Tangxia Town and Guali Town by setting a reasonable survey questionnaire,and use the factor analysis and binary Logistic regression analysis to analysis the questionnaire data,finally propose comments policy in the paper which has theoretical and practical value.
