Population aging tendency is becoming increasingly prominent, people pay more and more attention to the issue about health, Aged sport in our country is still not optimistic. It is well know that physical exercise can promote health. This article combine scale determination with Standard test to study the physical activity of old people subjective and objective health effects From the exercise frequency weekly, exercise time weekly and the number of exercise years, and put forward some suggestions about how to exercise scientifically for old people in order to provide good references for physical exercise, at the same time for the community to provide a basis for fitness guidance。In this study, 60 years old and above people for investigation object in suzhou city, adopting methods of literature, determination of scale, instrument measuring, mathematical statistics and so on, The results showed that: physical exercise for the elderly have obvious effect on subjective and objective healthy levels, exercise frequency have obvious effect on healthy level, subjective and objective health level are all the highest for elderly when they have sports three times and above weekly,especially for the 70 years old and above people about subjective psychological health and 65 years old and above people about subjective social adaptation health; exercise time for the elderly have obvious effect on subjective and objective healthy levels, each time more than half an hour will be able to have obvious effect, especially for the 65 years old and above people about subjective social adaptation health; It can have obvious effect to elderly after they carry out physical exercise for more than 6 years, subjective and objective healthy level are the highest when they have physical exercise for more than 11 years, especially for subjective physiological health of elderly people from 60-69 years old and subjective social adaptation health of 70 years old and above old people. There have a remarkable correlation between subjective healthy level and objective healthy level, there are highly correlated between subjective health and each dimensions, objective health and the three scores exist moderately correlation.
