With the advent of the era of globalization and the world trend of promoting education to students to measure academic performance of students in a uniform evaluation of the disadvantages of leakage of the growing violence,a serious obstacle to the personality development of students. Era of rapid development, countries around the world, of all ethnic groups, between different regions, not only in economy, trade, science and technology more and more exchanges and cooperation, but also in education, cultural cooperation has become increasingly close. The development trend of globalization calls for a strong national character and diversity. Is unique, creative, pioneering the diversification of the community much-needed talent. How can we nurture the unique individuality of our talent is the main task of the current education, which in this context, the students put forward a different evaluation strategy.In this paper, a total of three parts:Part I: the difference from the theoretical level of student evaluations on the relevance of the concept, characteristics and differences in the value of student evaluations. This article holds that differences in the evaluation of students admitted to emphasize differences, respect for differences, the idea of difference, the difference to students the difference between the development of the evaluation of the implementation. From the "difference from" refers to individual differences of students in the original evaluation activities is the starting point or foundation for all effective evaluation of students must be full respect for individual differences in the original. Its characteristics are: development, process, and diversity. Three aspects of its value: the value of people - to achieve the maximum development of each student; educational value - to achieve a high level of high-quality education; cultural values - to promote multi-cultural development.Part II: the difference from the theoretical level of student evaluation to clarify the theoretical basis to discuss the Marxist theory of the all-round development, the modern constructivist learning theory, the theory of multiple intelligences of students to evaluate the differences in the revelations. We believe that Marx's theory of the all-round development of our differences are to evaluate students, and the modern constructivist learning theory of multiple intelligences theory and how to build for our students to evaluate the differences in the strategies for the inspiration.Part III: Construction of student evaluation of different strategies. It includes classroom evaluation, operation evaluation and examination and evaluation of specific strategies in three areas. Among them, the classroom evaluation of specific strategies are: evaluation of the appropriate language, and evaluation of targeted content, the flexibility evaluation; operation evaluation strategy, including evaluation of work design and operation of two parts; the examination and evaluation of the strategy are: the examination of the contents of the gradient and openness, the examination forms of flexibility and diversity, test results and delayed the humanities.
