The Study Of The Management System And The Function Of The Public Gymnasiums Of The Macau Sport Development Board

There are 22 public gymnasiums in Macau.They are under the leadership of Macau Sport Development Board.The development of the Sport in Macau is depended on these gyms.There are 45 Sport Associations and more than 500 hundred small Sport organizations in Macau.Though the gyms in Macau is limit,by the leadership of Macau Sport Development Board the Sport for All and the Community Sport in Macau have been spread out universally.Presently,experience of development countries has proves that public resources are badly needed in the world.This phenomenon is also exit in Macau.With the increasing of population in Macau,the public gyms in Macau become busier and busier.More equipments and trainers are needed.Some problems in the management of public gyms in Macau have been found.There are several problems in the management system of public gyms in Macau.Firstly,there is no information feedback system between the management departments of the gyms;Secondly,more and more activities that were hold by the local government and the associations occupied the gyms frequently.Lots of public gyms are very crowded in the morning and in the evening.People in Macau are not satisfied with the local government.Through the methods of Literature,Statistic analysis and expert-interview,this essay found some measures could be taken to solve these problems.Firstly,change the unreasonable rules in the management.Secondly,improve the using efficiency of the public gyms. Thirdly,the Macau Sport Development Board should to put in more money to add some new equipments in the public gyms and invite more trainers to the public gyms.Fourthly,hold some training for the workers who work in the public gym to improve their culture level.
