The Study Of Leptin And Correlative Immune Indexes On Male Wrestler During The Body Control

1 Objectivetaking the catch-as-catch can male-wrestler as subjects,observed the changes in weight,fat%,leptin,certain immune and endocrine indexes and the correlation in them,explored the influence of immunity system by reducing adipose tissue during the body control.2 Methods2.1We took the method of tracking,and 16 athletes in Guangxi wrestling team were randomly divided into the control and the contrast groups. Before the national championship in 2006,we have completed the task of testing samples,Examinated weight,fat%,leptin,T-lymphocyte subsets,NK cell,Ig,WBC,C,T and so on.2.2The method of Weight controlling:by diet structure adjustment; Controlling the impact of energy consumption;changing athelets' perspectives on diet and energy consumption over energy intaken to reach the goal of losing weight which is characterized by reducing fat.3 Results3.1 During the body control,average fat%and leptin declined significantly in the experimental group(P＜0.05),there were no change in the contrast group.Leptin correlated with body fat percentage (r=0.201,p＜0.O1).3.2 All athletes average CD3+ obviously rises(p＜0.05),but only the experimental group is correlation with leptin(r=-0.359,P＜0.05). 3.3 average CD8+ increased significantly in the experimental group (P＜0.05).there are the downward trend of CD4+/CD8,less than 1.5,all athletes CD4+/CD8+and body fat were positively correlated.3.4 NK cell drop significantly and correlation with leptin(r=0.434, P＜0.05) in the experimental group,there were no change in the control group.3.5Where were no significantly change in W and C(P＞0.05),negative correlations were also observed for the average leptin and T.4.1 leptin drop relied on the energy negative balance in diet and the body fat%drop in the control term of the body weight.4.2 immunity function change mechanism is not completely same between two the group,the change of the experimental group rely on leptin drop.4.4 leptin drop was important reason for the decreasing of NK-cell4.5 It's possibly that T suppress the leptin gene expression during the body control.
