Reflection is a way of self-understanding and self-perfection,a kind of thinking activity ability which is pursued by ourselves.Reflection is people retrospect,analyze and check the thinking result and the thinking process consciously in a scientific prudential critical way,explore the question autonomously.Reflection is an important role in students' study and development,reflection is part of students' study.Reflection is the ideal way that the students learn to study and get the ability of life-long study. Reflection is the need of quality education and new curriculum of high school chemistry. Reflection is very important to students' growth and development.The reflection ability is an ability of the critical,exploring pondering process,is individuality psychological characteristic where reflection can be smoothly developed. Based on the learning theory,the multiple intelligences theory,the metacognitive ability theory,the critical theory.The reflection ability is composed by four parts:reflection consciousness,reflection strategy,the self-monitoring and self-appraise,the reflection result.According to the investigation,the high school students' reflection ability is bad, the exhibitions:Lake of cognition to reflection,they don't know what they should reflect, lake of reflection methods and skill,they don't know how to reflect.Construct seven teaching strategy of cultivating students' reflection ability in the chemistry teaching of high school:applying problem teaching,process teaching,Variant teaching,mind mapping,ascribe table,reflection daily record,write the small thesis to cultivate the students' reflection ability.Have pointed out chemistry teacher effect in cultivating students' reflection ability:The teacher needs to become the reflection type teacher,tbe teacher trains students' reflection interest by various approach,the teacher pays attention to making use of "zero school assignment to correct" to cultivate students' reflection mental consciousness.The teaching strategy in this thesis has been used in Class 330 and 331 in Henan province Baofeng country No.1 high school for a semester experimental research.In chemistry teaching,the teaching strategy of students' cultivating reflection ability is used to train the students of Class 330 while in the Class 331 conventional teaching strategy is used.After a semester's teaching experiment,based on a certain standard quality, comparing chemistry academic records of these two classes' students the reflection ability and study way,the analysis result indicates that chemistry academic records and the reflection ability of the experimental class are enhanced quickly,study way has been improved effectively.Students in any level have been enhanced as well as the study enthusiasm and the initiative.So we can draw a conclusion in this foundation:"teaching strategy of cultivating students' reflection ability in the chemistry teaching of high school" which we construct is feasible,which can quickly raise the students' reflection ability in chemistry teaching.
