Teachers'job satisfaction refers to teachers'view and overall feel for their work, career, job conditions and the situation. Because of university teachers are responsible for the important mission of training senior personnel, enhancing their job satisfaction is the significant measure to improve teachers'working enthusiasm, stability, and even to implement our country strategy. Therefore, college and university teachers'job satisfaction research has become a common concern to the international community areas of research, and it has also become an important research topic for education researchers. Vocational Teacher's Job Satisfaction study as an important component in college teacher job satisfaction study is naturally worthy to be concerned. Vocational college teachers'higher job satisfaction closely relates to their job performance, turnover rate, absenteeism rate and occupational burnout. Need hierarchy theory, ERG theory, Two-factor theory, equity theory, the theory of the people who match the post and the organization, Work - family conflict theory can constitute the theoretical basis of vocational teachers'job satisfaction.Vocational Teacher's Job Satisfaction Study is focused on the vocational teachers. In the survey, the researcher establishes the "Higher teacher job satisfaction questionnaire" based on the investigate measuring that other researcher worked out, and selects 300 vocational college teachers in 3 higher vocational colleges , which are in Changsha city ,Hunan Province.The researcher finds: the total vocational college teachers'job satisfaction is high, but in terms of gender factor, whether part-time factor, whether the combination of factors and administration positions on subjects factors, they were no significant differences, but on age, work experience, qualifications titles factors, there were significantly difference.From the specific dimensions, vocational college teachers are most dissatisfacted with pay and benefits, they are most satisfacted with interpersonal relationships.Their job satisfaction from low to high followed by salaries and benefits, working environment, management systems, occupational burnout, professional development, job itself, organizational climate, interpersonal relationships. At the same time, the survey data show that vocational teachers must have job burnout to some extent; from the impact of the personal factors, for example: gender, age, work experience, qualifications, titles on vocational college teachers'job satisfaction examining, the researcher finds: personal factors significantly impacts vocational teacher's job satisfaction on some dimensions, and about the other dimension, there are no significant difference. The researcher uses the survey data to analyze the environmental factors that impact the job satisfaction of vocational college teachers .They mainly includes: low wages and remuneration, bad research conditions, less participation in the management, difficult promotion learning, job stress, tedious easy job and people with low level of organization fit.In order to change the status of vocational college teachers'job satisfaction and enhance their job satisfaction, The college administrators can adopt the following strategy: improving teachers'benefits, improving conditions for academic research, increasing the opportunity to participate in the management ,innovating promotion education system ,easing the work pressure of teachers, being full of fun and challenges with job, improving the match of teachers individual and the positions,the organization.
