Private education plays an important role in China’s education system and plays an important role in the composition and improvement of people’s livelihood in China,but at the same time,the problems of private education have become endless.These problems lead to low satisfaction of teachers,low efficiency and low quality of teaching.Teachers are the foundation of a school and the foundation of a school.Teachers often determine whether a school can develop stably for a long time.Therefore,it is very important to investigate the satisfaction of teachers.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,questionnaire survey and on-the-spot interview are the main research methods in this paper,taking the primary school and junior middle school of Hengnan Datong school as the survey samples,from six aspects of job physiological needs satisfaction,job security satisfaction,job belonging satisfaction,work respect satisfaction,job self realization satisfaction and work environment satisfaction According to the data collected from the questionnaire,the problems existing in the satisfaction of teachers in the school are found out,and the corresponding solutions are found out one by one.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the satisfaction of teachers,so as to appeal to more schools to pay attention to the group of teachers as well as students,and to realize the importance of teachers for school development,which will help schools to stabilize the mobility of teachers and ensure the rapid development of schools.In addition,it is hoped that this paper can provide reference for schools facing the same type of problems...
