Vocational education becomes more important nowadays as the development of the education system. Teacher is part of education system, teacher's attitude towards teaching and enthusiasm for work will have direct influence on teaching quality, and restrict the improvement of teaching level. As a result, it is urgent affair to raise teacher's degree of job satisfaction, to arouse teacher's teaching fervour,to bring teacher's enthusiasm for teaching, This paper choose the undeveloped city Liaocheng as the object of study, interviewed many teachers in five main secondry vocational schools and most of them were investigated with a questionnaire.With questionnaire survey and analysis, this paper gives specific description to the influencing factors of teacher's job satisfaction in secondary vocational schools in Liaocheng, and comes to a conslusion that the degree of teacher's job satisfaction in Liaocheng secondary vocational schools is quite low. The main factors that teachers are unsatisfied with are system of school,quality of students, long-term prospect of teachers and so on. The main factors that teachers are satisfied with are stablity of the work, good interpersonal relationship, more holidaies and so on.This paper brings forth new ideas that fairness of the system and quality of the students are important factors that affect job satisfaction of secondary vocational school teachers. Low quality of the students, halfheartedness of students' attitide toword studying, bad atmosphere of studying reduce teacher's enthusiasm for work, unfair system make the job satisfaction even low.Because of this, to reform secondary vocational education system, not spending more money on school envirnment and teaching equipment are needed, but also administrating system should be perfected and logical education for students should be strengthened.
