The Research On Career Planning To The Undergraduates In A Standard Software Technology College

In the recent years,researches on occupational planning have become a heated topic of Human Resources Management.However,the researches are mainly confined to colleges and universities;and they are more theoretical than practical.In this thesis, the occupational planning of the students in the demonstrating software vocational and technology schools in our country will be the aim of the research;its purpose is to set up a feasible system to improve the current situation where the occupational planning pattern has not been established or developed and the system is not perfect; the research is based on the survey and analyses among software technology colleges in Qingdao,and aimed at a deep study on the procedure of their working system, course pattern and college coaching and personal planning.The research in this thesis consists of five aspects:Part One is the preface in which the research background,meaning and main contents,the methodology, brainstorm and innovation,the domestic and foreign theory summary are introduced. Part Two is the comprehensive description of occupational planning theory.In this part,foreign theories on this topic are introduced and the planning rules,contents, procedures and affecting factors are cleared,which produces a theoretical basis for the following research.Part Three is the study on the occupational planning of the students in Qingdao software technology colleges;the surrounding is one of the factors that students have to take into account when making the plan;this chapter expounds the external factors that affect the occupational planning of college students from the aspects of the characteristics of this industry,the current situation of human resources management and the requirements of talents.In addition,a detail analysis is made to the current status,issue caused,and the direction of development to the career planning of college students in a pattern software technology college.Part Four is the establishment of the planning system,setting a software technology college in Qingdao as a model.This part analyzes the characteristics of the software technology college in Qingdao as the pattern college,as well as the survey and problems of the current career planning for the college students separately.The construction of career planning system is proposed based on the aforementioned analysis.A deep research is being made from the career framework system,curriculum arrangement to the individual program design for the students in the software technology college.In addition,models are being established separately,in view of that,a systematic and feasible career scheme for the college students of an emerging pattern software technology college is constructed.It is the key point of this paper.Part Five is the conclusion in which the future research is also concemed.We borrow the experience and achievements from the foreign countries and summarize the law,find out the problems and solve them.The core of this paper is the planning system for the software college students.It combines the theories with models,which is a creative point.However,it is initiatory study based on expert or professor's paper.The study in this thesis can be used as a guide for the new-rising demonstrating software college,and a reference for colleges of other industry.It also has referential meaning for educational reform of colleges and universities,the cultivation of talents and the making of educational management policies.
