A Comparative Research On Corporate Culture And University Culture

As a part of management culture,corporate culture is the necessary result of the development of modern company management science.Under the context of cultural management and cultural victory,corporate culture has inevitably become the enterprise's key competitiveness,the most important element of corporate management,which is receiving more and more attention from the fields of enterprise and academy both at home and abroad.The university,as a social organization different from the enterprise,is fundamentally a cultural organization with special functions.Equally,the university's culture also has been the decisive factor for the university's survival,management and competition.At present,the role definition of corporate culture and university culture has been a growing concern.Many researches have been done on it in recent years.In my point of view,it is vital for the enterprise and university to strengthen cultural construction, though they have more work to do to achieve comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development according to scientific development strategy.The comparative study on these two cultures can not only promote the cultural construction,but also benefit the management of the enterprise and university.This is a new topic,and the researches about it both at home and abroad are relatively backward.To give a comprehensive understanding of these two cultures,this research adopts both theories and example analyses to talk about the mutual reference of these two cultures,especially the development of the university culture.The research is mainly divided into three parts:â… .An overall introduction of the research1.The background,significance,clue and the method of the research.2.The specific explanations of the related definitions of corporate culture and university culture.3.Comment on the present state of related researches in China and abroad.4.My view on the creativity,shortcoming and research trend of this topic.â…¡.The discrimination between corporate culture and university cultureThis part mainly illustrate the comparison between these two cultures on their concept,development pattern,function and innovation,which will provide a theoretical evidence for the necessity and feasibility of the mutual reference between them.â…¢.The mutual reference between corporate culture and university cultureBased on previous comparison,this part has three main ideas:1.My proposal of a program for mutual reference between these two cultures which is of necessity and feasibility.2.Analyses of the successful cases of some universities of different levels as the further evidence of the necessity and feasibility of the mutual reference.3.Appropriate comment on the case,then find out the deficiency and the direction making great efforts.4.Some advice on the mutual reference between these two cultures and the conclusion of this research.
