| Blogs and teacher blogs become the new hot topic of education research in recent years. This thesis is based on a study of kindergarten teacher, who is making teacher blogs, using case study of qualitative research methods to analyze her automatic professional development context systematically, from the initial stage of teacher blogging,blogging with"task", the important people of teacher blogging, to"My teacher blogs, I am the master of education"phase. Besides those, this thesis detailedly describes professional development of the research object and recollects the influential factors. Finally, several proposals to the development of kindergarten teacher are put forward.The structure of the thesis is as follow:In the first part, relevant literature is reviewed to give a brief background. From the rapid development of blogging at home and abroad, proposed teacher blogging is becoming a new practice research in the education field. Then some problems that exist in the concurrent kindergarten system are analyzed.In the second part, introduces the study design. The research procedure is stated from the determination of the research methods, selection of the research object, collection and arrangement of the raw materials.In the third part, it reveals the blogging of the kindergarten teacher like telling a story found on the observation, interview, real data analysis and combination of the references and documentations.In the last part, reviews this kindergarten teacher's blogging procedure, exacts four phases and concludes the inner and outer influential factors. At last, the author fulfils a retrospect to the investigative methods and its insufficiency. Thereafter, the author posts several suggestions to the professional growth of the kindergarten teachers. |
