A project of hundreds years, which is based the education; the educational project, which is based the teacher. Rural education is the emphasis and difficulty of educational work. Currently, the total personality of countryside teacher is not high, which seriously handicapped the growth and development of the Countryside teacher. Which also has long been a bottleneck holding back the rural education and the new reform of the curriculum. How to improve the quality and professionalism of countryside teachers is an important subject for education administrator and researcher.Outstanding teachers considered as the salt of the teaching staff, whose growth and development receive people's day-by-day attention. This article utilizes narrative research method, chose a particularly outstanding teacher as the object of my study. I explored the growth experience and education profession story of this teacher and reveal the secrets of this teacher how to grow by an ordinary countryside teacher into the prominent teacher. All of these will provide useful experience for the countryside teacher's career development.In the main part of this paper, I demonstrated the countryside prominent teacher's specialized growth story. Through narrated the story, I inquiry into the meaning of the teacher's experience and behavior. On this basis, I from teacher career development angle to analyze prominent teacher's career development stage and induce the chief feature of countryside teacher's professional development path. Through the interpretation of countryside prominent teacher's specialized growth story, I will analyze the mechanism of teacher's professional development from the inside and outside two aspects. Although the countryside prominent teacher's professional development influenced by the external factors, but the key is his intrinsic factor of the professional qualities. So, my paper reveals the essence of teacher's professional development. The object of study is in the ascendant of teacher's professional development. His specialized practice takes root in the educational park , the ideology of education,the teacher's practical knowledge,educational action and educational emotion are four major factors in teacher's professional development, these four major factors are interaction with each other continually. Those improve the quality and professionalism of countryside prominent teacher. At the same time, thoughts on the Education always appear in teacher professional development .Hereby, my paper tries to elicit some revelation from the countryside prominent teacher's professional development.
