A Case Study On Leisure Life Of Students At Secondary Vocational And Technological School

With the rapid development of economic, science and technology in 21st century, the number of years of education is growing faster and faster, the opportunities to receive education become more and more expanding, as well as the wide dissemination of mass media, so that our education is faced with the situation of conflicting values, at this time the students at secondary vocational and technological school are in a period of self-integration, their after-school life is much richer than the life in class, their focus of life is outside the classroom.Compare with the junior high school students and college students, they also have their own uniqueness, the influence of their after-school life of is more important, but few concerns in this regard as so far.The main purpose of this study is to explore the main part of their after-school life, why they like these after-school activities and what they gained from these activities. Then we can try to find a way to know what reflect on the phenomenon and help the students to have better development, at the same time,to help our education researchers to find a strategy of anti-re-education practice.The dissertation composed of five chapters:Chapter I is a brief introduction including what and why is being researched, how the research began, definition of key conceptions in the thesis and literature filing. It is a basic work of the study.Chapter II introduced the after-school life of case-A who takes part in computer study.Chapter III introduced the after-school life of case-B who takes part in style-basketball play.Chapter IV introduced the after-school life of case-C who takes part in web-flag game.Chapter V is a conclusion of the whole research. It generalizes the characteristics and what can be gained from after-school life, influential factors of the after-school life of students at secondary vocational and technological school. It also gives some suggestions to help them with better development in their career.The conclusion of the dissertation, after-school life provide an alternative way of life, which allow them to display themselves, with the influence of internal and external force they can learn more knowledge, then give suggestions to education researchers, schools, teachers and parents.
