The Study On Training Program Of Technical Education

Training programs are not only the key for undergraduate education, but also the concept embodiment of running a school. Technical undergraduate is a newborn thing in the higher education, and it wants to win a healthy development in an increasingly fierce competition, so it must design its own distinctive culture program, which helps to nurture a marketable "talents" to meet the needs of the social and economic construction.This paper is mainly to study undergraduate training programs for the electromechanical specialty. This paper is to set forth the reasons to study in the higher education, and then it defines these concepts such as technical undergraduate, training programs. By researching the existing questions, the research ideas and methods are put forward, and the research frame is built. The questionnaire survey and interviews with the manner of electromechanical business are to know their needs. Based on it, the electromechanical talent knowledge and ability structure is analyzed. Comparing electromechanical training programs in technical undergraduate education with in engineering undergraduate education and in technical college education, and comparing electromechanical training programs for technical undergraduate in China with in Germany, it is to search for the characteristics of technical undergraduate training programs for the electromechanical specialty.Finally the basis of the foregoing analysis and study, a new undergraduate training program for electromechanical specialty is designed, and a new training plan is formed. The new undergraduate training program for electromechanical specialty involves the following: students, academic system, training objectives, type and content of work, training requirements, curriculum and instruction, training model.
