Research On Exploitation And Utilization Of College Network Moral Education Resources

The impact of the creation and the rapid popularization of network in this century deeply penetrate into every aspect of university education. Therefore the exploitation and utilization of the network moral education resources has become a symbol of modern moral education. The college network moral education resources refer to the digital factors which are used in the process of college moral education. In the field of college moral education in our country, resources including network service, network media, network information, online instruction and management platform, BBS, blog, network administrators have been exploited and utilized, but we still face many problems. This study aims to reflect the current situation and existing problems of the exploitation and utilization of college network moral education resources and offer some suggestions and countermeasures to morality educators.This research is mainly based on the results of the survey among college students. From the reply of college students, we can figure out how they acquire and use the network moral education resources, and also collect their evaluation and suggestion about the network moral education resources. Through the survey, we found that although the morality educators’consciousness in the use of the network moral education resources gradually enhanced, their frequency of use is still low, and they are generally lack of consciousness and behavior to promote students’subjectivity. And we also found that college students mainly use the college network moral education resources to obtain school information, communicate with teachers and other students, or be under management. While they rarely use those resources in self moral education, moral practice or order maintenance. College students’ evaluation of the exploitation and utilization of the college network moral education resources are mostly in the general level and quite different. And the results of survey also show their understanding about those resources is limited. In addition, the students’ suggestions reflect that their interest of the college network moral education resources are large, as well as they pay more attention and think deeply in this field.The results of the survey and the research help us find the current main problems of the exploitation and utilization of the college network moral education resources. The exploitation and utilization work is lack of innovation, subjectivity and depth, the quality of developed resources is poor, the work is lack of integrality and systemic, and The resources’propaganda and popularization do not reach the designated level. In this study, we attributed those problems to both internal reasons and external reasons, including environmental factors, difficulty of exploitation, actual security deficiencies, new requirements of college students, morality educators’ lack of consciousness and limitation of the field of vision.To solve those problems, we should adhere to the subjectivity moral education thought, the idea of "Returning to the life world", and the "communication" and "dialogue" theory of moral education. On that basis, this study puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, including a requirement that college moral education workers should set up the consciousness of modern moral education, a design of the process and principles of the exploitation and utilization of the college network moral education resources and some specific practical countermeasures.
