The low effectiveness of moral education is currently a commonly existing problem withvocational institutions. The exploitation and utilization of moral education resources has apositive effect on vocational institutions in conducting moral education work and promoting thestudentsā€™ moral development. In the practice of moral education work in vocational institutions,the utilization of moral education resources has always been existing and has obtained certainachievements, but the study on the exploitation and utilization of moral education resources isyet to be systematic and thorough, and the conception of moral education resources is still to beimproved. Therefore, this paper focuses on how vocational institutions reasonably develop andutilize the moral education resources in enterprises according to their vocational characteristics,and how to solve the issue of the exploitation and utilization of moral education resourcesļ¼Œinorder to improve the efficiency of moral education.This paper consists of five parts. It begins with an introduction chiefly about thebackground and meaning of the study. The literature review section provides brief comments onthe relevant domestic and overseas studies on the issue of moral education resources. The secondpart provides definitions of the relevant concepts of moral education and presents theconstitution of moral education resources, which lays a foundation for the study on the issue oftheir exploitation and utilization. The third part proposes the principles of the exploitation andutilization of moral education resources in vocational institutions. The fourth and fifth are thekey parts of this paper, which explores the institution-enterprise cooperation in the jointexploitation and utilization of moral education resources, following the working rules of moraleducation. The fourth part is to analyze the explorable elements in enterprises from threeperspectives, corporate culture resources, corporate human resources and corporate environmentresources, and to illustrate how to well utilize these precious moral education resources. The fifthpart is to secure the institution-enterprise cooperation in the joint exploitation and utilization ofmoral education resources. It proposes the related solutions and strategies, on the basis ofanalysis of the issues that easily arise during the institution-enterprise cooperation and its relatedreasons.
