Based on the great achievement that the previous experts have made on Mongolian education in Tong Liao city, the thesis intends to make a conclusion about the unprecedented achievement and experience of Mongolian education during the 30 years of reform and opening up, asserts the influence that Mongolian education has make on Mongolian nationality, China and the world in the aspects of theory and practice, gives suggestions on the existing problems. The thesis also tries to relate the actual situation with the reform and experiences, look for the fast and healthy development of energetic Mongolian education which will meet the requirement of politics, economy, times, and the development of education so that it can contribute to the national prosperity and unity.The thesis consists of three parts. In the preface, the thesis analyzes the general situation of Mongolian education in Tong Liao city, summarizes the concept and opinion that made by the Chinese and foreign experts, identifies the connotation of Mongolian education. In the first chapter, the thesis traces back the development of Mongolian education in Tong Liao city, and analyzes the current situation and its achievement, the existing problems and its reasons, experiences and its solutions, the characteristics of Mongolian education. We are in the primary stage of socialism is the period of the whole national prosperity, and education plays an important role in the development of all nationalities. However, compared with the time, modernization, and other developed countries, Mongolian education is still very backward. Therefore, development of national education is sufficiently important task to us. In the second chapter, in explaining the significance of development of Mongolian education, the thesis gives its historical significance and the significance of theory and practice in researching Mongolian education. It also tells the readers that Mongolian people have ideas and opinion on their own education early before, apply them in the whole process of life, defend national unity, and in particular, contribute to the balance of ecology and world's development.
