Aerobics of the study of university students physical self-esteem and self-confidence what impact there is to explore whether the project aerobics as a change in physical self-esteem and self-confidence students an effective way for teaching aerobics and provide a theoretical basis.Xu Xia and the Yao family recent development and the revision university student "Bodily Self-respect Meter" and Shen Longke (2004) establish "Specially made Movement Self-confidence Meter".
