The booming of independent colleges is a new updating phenomenon following china's higher education reform. For its character, people take the phenomenon as one of generalized Civilian-run Colleges and Universities, and it is a beneficial supplement of china's higher education. Independent colleges have gained rapid development since it's born and there have had more than 300 independent colleges from then on. As a newly coming into being higher education pattern, however, the policy regulation for independent colleges' existing and development is not much clear so far. From the practical point, some independent colleges have managerial shortcomings, particularly of human resources management. Human resource, especially for teaching faculty construction, is the base for independent colleges' survival and development. The dissertation focuses on independent colleges' teaching faulty construction and argues that a combined and keeping advancing faulty is the precondition for independent college's development.The paper begins with the summary introduction of independent colleges' present situations, furthermore, combines management, human resources and sustainable development, etc. as the theoretical base to claims that we should hold systematic view of the point when it comes to the development of independent colleges, we should take emphases on all sides of teaching faulty construction, which include strategic project, recruitment, training, beneficiary system, efficiency evaluation and environmental factors. The lack of any of them will get independent colleges' human resources management in trap. Following the above theoretical analysis, the thesis puts forward case analysis on C independent college. Relating the reality of the college to human being sustainable development systematic theory, the dissertation probes into the human resources management practice of case-colleges from nine partials, as the conclusion, the paper gives countermeasures at the end, i.e., the human resources sustainable development of independent college is practice of the combination of human resources management theories and related theories of sustainable development, as a result, in order to guarantee the smooth running of the system, we need to adopt scientific and reasonable systematic rules as the support, what more important is to take teaching faculty exploration as the key factor.
