Comparative Study Of Private Higher Education Policies Between In Republican China And Current China

Along with continuous development of the private higher education in recent year, the private higher education policies are gradually perfect and improvement. The introduction of "the Promotion law" promotes the position of the private higher education in the higher education system. But, the private higher education has not got rid of puzzledom and not realized sustainable development. Based on the comparative analysis of the private higher education policies in Republican China and the external environment and connotation of the private higher education in Current China, the thesis states hindering the private higher education is lack of the society independence system which prop up the development of the private higher education. This thesis can be divided into five parts.Chapter one is a foreword of the thesis, introduces the background. purpose, status and concept, as well as the range of definition, the method of study.Chapter two states the development process and characteristic of the private higher education in the period of the republic of ChinaChapter tree specially analyses the private higher education policy in Current China, points out the process of the policy since Reform and Opening Up.Chapter four is the main section of this thesis, by comparing policy environment and policy connotation of the private higher education policy in different two periods and doing a thorough analysis on the difference.Chapter five is the conclusion section; this part puts forward the author's views and suggestions on the private higher education policy in order to provide a reference for authority's decision-making.
