With the rapid development of science and technology, we had already in an age of information and network. The demand for education, especially higher education's quality is higher and higher. However, higher education resources are still rare in a certain period. How to find out the potential of higher education's resources to meet the increasingly needs of the society is a big question. Researching the development of teaching management process, optimizing management of the higher education's teaching resources is important, while teaching management by latest technology is the most important ring. This paper makes an overall investigation on the development of the teaching management of Guangxi University for Nationalities in recent ten years. Do a research about the development of teaching management and the promoting effect of network technology, database technology and open source software technology on teaching management. The author gives a new point to the optimal allocation of teaching resources.For teaching management, establishing the system of teaching management is an important part, from year system transfer to credit system is a great progress. This paper discusses the experiences, existing problems of credit system during its implementation, and the support of information technology to credit system in management.Network educational administration is the trend of technology development, for network as a connecting tie of teacher, student and administrator has imponderable advantage on improving teaching management's efficiency, promoting teaching quality and accelerating the speed of teaching feedback. In a word, the design and study of network teaching management software has important practical significance.
