With the deep development of education informationization, Basic education internet of Gansu Province has made rapid progress. Gansu has already invested funds in his development, at the same time, Gansu actively participate in a number of international and domestic information technology projects, especially in the net project for western campus. All these projects not only promote the construction and development of college informationization environment, but also boost the construction and development of regional net system, and formed a complete system. However, the hardware environment is only one aspect for education informationization, the goal of education informationization is application and improvement of education. In this thesis, the author analyses the real situation of basic education net system of Gansu province, and deeply analyses the problems lies in the net construction and development, then he put forwards some advances and countermeasures in solving those problems.Through his analysis, the author thinks that:I. The project of regional information network for basic education in Gansu province developed at a certain extent, but it is lack of deep-level applications;II. The project of regional information net for basic education in Gansu province should insist the principle of planning, programming and regional balanced development.III. The goal of this project should serve the education and teaching, and can strengthen the manage team, professional and technical personnel and teachers team.Iv. The project should focus on construction of resources and strengthen application of regional education, to improve efficiency of network..
