Under the background of multi-culture, it is a hot issue for the contemporary culture research and education to protect and propaganda the folk and folk and local culture, which is beneficial to preserve the variety of world culture ecology and also maintain its innate value to give rise to the recognition, dignity and confidence of distinct folk and region. Therefore, to fully take advantage of the fine art resources in the folk and local culture and exploit the folk art teaching has become a crucial trend for this course. Our presently-carried-out new outline and course criteria demand the same contents.Folk art is the wisdom essence, which is originated during the production and labor by Chinese Han and other minorities and different generations. It is the reflection of vivid folk characteristic and esthetic flavor, the media of Chinese folk spirit and local culture. as a result, local culture resources have become the concern for the development and practice of the school courses. According to the grassland culture tradition, combined with the ancestor's achievement, new thought has been put forward for the humanity education function and major teaching to break the bond and strengthen the interaction with other subjects. The primary target is to realize the multi-culture education of fine art courses.The thesis consists of five sections. Section one analyzes its background and research value. Section two further describes the fundamental connotation of the grassland culture and inspiration for the modeling of the students' personalities, simultaneously, spreads the moral theory of humanity education bound with local fine arts. Section three does some research on the various levels. Section four generalizes the scenery and teaching methodology of the present regional humanity. Section five is the conclusion, which carries on the prospect for the post-research.
