The humanities is a person and inner spiritual characters for its developments. In a sense, the humanities'content mainly includes two aspects of self internalization, one person with knowledge of humanities, it is to master the skills, that is to say, the humanities accomplishment is one inner double combination of culture quality and mental quality. Humanities cultivated manners for a person's life has far-reaching influence, which directly determines whether a person up. Education system in China, the junior middle school is very important to the cultivation of the students'humanities accomplishment is a stage, it is a key stage for students form of inner spiritual character. And, in promoting students'knowledge skills and comprehensive development of humanity emotion today, the school of fine arts education emphasis was promoted to a new level, across the country started a wave of strengthening art education. However, due to China's current fine arts education teaching mode is still in the stage of development, basic education stage art teaching exists many problems, including art teaching staff shortages, the art teaching idea lags behind, the problem such as "linear" running school orientation seriously hindering the humanities education of junior middle school stage developments. Basic education stage of the students' humanistic quality education should be as an important index for fine arts education evaluation, students in the learning process of fine arts, as well as learning art contain knowledge and painting skills, but also learn to understand contained in the paintings of the humanistic spirit But the current junior middle school art education teaching way far from the important index.
