On Teaching Investigator' Evaluation Of Teaching

As the basically form of schooling, Classroom teaching is the important round on performing the curriculums objectives, Getting the curriculum goals, performing the teaching task and searching for the problems and developing students abilities on learning that they can do in the classroom. Therefore, a multi-evaluator participate is advised to evaluate classroom teaching. In this way, the school leaders, colleagues, students and parents have been encouraged to take part in this process. The meaning of those peoples'on evaluation is discovering in some study. However, the teaching investigators are paid less attention on almost all the study on evaluation of classroom teaching,and they became absent from the studies. At present, although some people thought the importance of the teaching investigators in theory, the attention has not been given specifically to the different among school leader, teacher colleagues, students, parents and teaching investigators from the reality. The research either considers their evaluation to be equal to the experts or the colleagues, thus expand the function of evaluation or weaken it.The fact is that they have own characters by the analyses of the interviewees descriptions .There where different from other's on the standards and methods, i.e. their evaluation had some reasonable aspects, to develop the subject in local area. But in reality, there are also some limits for the evaluation. Whether the result is good or bad will be affected by personality, idea of education, academic and so on. Nowadays the evaluation was simplified in the form; this will lead to the subject's development, and can't take a good role to teacher's development. Furthermore, the problems also effect the whole arrangement of the government. We can see the importance of education is just a call.How to value teaching is important for the teaching investigators ,they must tries they best to develop the ability on theory ,and there are harmony between the teacher and the teaching investigators .and make the whole area to develop well.
