The Research Of Organizational Culture Of Secondary Schools In Tibetan Ethnic Areas

Many companies who paid more attention to organization culture have got more progress,so more and more people have come to realize the importance of organization culture in school field.Organization culture is a spirit power in school management. Although the school organizational culture is a very abstract concept, many scholars are usually accustomed to describe it through four facts.After having analyzed the four parts of school organization culture ,this article holds that the schools should be the elements of organizational culture as a whole and focus on the spiritual culture. Through questionnaires and interviews,and other ways of understanding organizational culture is school ran situation is the fact that the basis of this study ,this study from the school organizational culture elements of the four dimensions of organizational culture schools lack the status quo ,summed up the tibetean school culture's problem.In this article ,I huve used questionnaires and some"storys"happened on students,teachers and leaders to discrible things about school's organization culrure,furthermore, some objective facts to the target school are studied in combination with the mainstream ideology of school organizational culture, including key terms such as'Harmony'and'Human-orientation'.
