In the era of knowledge economy,the requirement of knowledge management in higher education is gradually improved.The strategy of knowledge management has become one of the management strategies of colleges and universities,and has profound influence on the production,innovation and application of knowledge.For colleges and universities,the place of production knowledge is a"grass-roots academic organization",how to play the role of knowledge management strategy in the grassroots academic organizations to maximize the positive role of the effective knowledge management strategy is very strategic content.In the grass-roots academic organization,with the many knowledge level is closely related to the impact of organizational culture;so from the perspective of organizational culture to examine the grass-roots academic organizations in the knowledge management strategy is necessary.Based on the theory of knowledge management and the theory of organizational culture,this paper uses the methods of text research and content analysis to influence the organizational culture in the grassroots academic body on the knowledge management process.At the level of textual research,the"knowledge management strategy" Culture "of the adaptation of the structural analysis,and then use the field survey method to track and analyze the two samples(electronic engineering xxx grassroots academic organizations,Chinese international education 20xx level);and according to its organizational culture and knowledge management strategy Of the characteristics of the following conclusions:The organizational culture in the grassroots academic community has a profound impact on the process of knowledge management of knowledge management.This effect is manifested in the four "acquisition,transfer,media and application" of knowledge.In particular,the organizational system of organizational culture influences the core of knowledge management.The institutional subsystem of organizational culture influences the effective degree of knowledge management.The interpersonal subsystem of organizational culture influences the process of knowledge transfer.The behavior of organizational culture The system affects the acquisition of knowledge and the media of knowledge.And the innovative application of knowledge is an important basis for testing whether the knowledge management strategy is effective.Only the characteristics of organizational culture and knowledge management strategy coupled with the premise,in order to meet the requirements of knowledge management strategy.From the field survey,the other conclusions are:the implementation of knowledge management strategy for the different members of the organization should be differentiated strategy;In addition,according to changes in the external environment,at different stages of the implementation of different knowledge management strategies can effectively promote knowledge Innovation and application,so that knowledge management strategies to play a better effect.In general,the process of knowledge management is closely related to the external environment and organizational culture.When the strategy of knowledge management and the characteristics of organizational culture are adapted,it will help the innovative application of knowledge and the cultivation of innovative talents.Under the economic conditions,the grassroots academic body should develop the knowledge management strategy of organizational culture adaptation.
