The job analysis of the teacher is the process used to collect information about the duties responsibilities, necessary skills, outcomes, and work environment of teacher in all kinds of schools. Specifically, it includes the description and investigation about specially appointed teacher's job content and job criterion in all kinds of schools.Now there are more and more educational technology teachers reflect that their job duty is not clearly, and their workload can't be guaranteed. The author uses the method of job analysis to analysis the educational technology teachers in middle schools with interview and Questionnaire survey. According to conclusion, the author discusses the question which existed in educational technology teachers. In addition, the author probes into the question which she met during her investigation, and she puts forward her own tentative plan. In the end, she draws the job instruction.The paper consists of three parts:(1) Elaboration (the first, the second and the third chapters). The author summarizes the theory of the teachers' job analysis, elucidates the research background of the thesis and the research meaning, and then introduces the development history of job analysis and present research of domestic and overseas.(2) Investigation and system establishment (the fourth, the fifth and the sixth). The author describes the process of the educational technology teachers" job analysis and the conclusion. The author finds out the actuality of the educational technology teachers in Zhejiang province with interview and Questionnaire. After that she gathers statistics and analyses the data, and then she draws the conclusion and draws the job instruction.(3) Summary and Reflection (the last chapter). It is the summary and reflection of the educational technology teachers' job analysis. The author simply describes that the action of the educational technology teachers' job analysis, and expatiates the insufficiency in the Implementation process of job analysis and Inspiration. In the end, the author gives her advice to how to improve the job of educational technology teachers. The value of this research: using the method of teachers' job analysis to analyse the educational technology teachers' job, and then clear about the educational technology teachers' job responsibility and so on. It is propitious to the educational technology teachers' specialized development. Otherwise, the educational technology teachers should be paid much more attention. And the author hopes that other researcher will perfect the job instruction.The innovation of this study: attempting to apply the ideas and methods of enterprise job analysis to the educational technology teachers of middle school. Educational technology teacher is a part of human resource in school, and job analysis is the footstone of human resource management. Effective job analysis certainly will improve the educational technology teachers.
