The paper mainly discusses the relationship of Yanbian area junior high school teachers educational technology ability to reflect teachers professional ability. The ministry of education promulgated the <Standards of The Primary School and The Junior School Educational Technological Ability(testing)>on December25th,2004. It is the first professional technology competence standard fir the primary school and junior school teachers in our country. The ministry of education promulgated the<Standards of The Junior School Professional on February5th,2012.It is the first time to minute planning teachers professional ability. The research of the teachers professional ability have theory safeguard. The formerly research indicated, teachers educational technology quality to reflect promote teachers professional ability. It is a prerequisite for the teachers professional development. Study the relationship between the two to promote and has important the ratical and practical significance to realize the professional development of teachers.This paper mainly uses the stage theory of teacher professional development, the connotation theory of teacher professional development, the theory of combination of information technology and courses. By using the method of literature method, survey method, statistical method and so on, the junior high school teachers as the research object, by random cluster sampling method and selected five junior high schools in Yanbian area as a sample, including the Korean nationality middle School in city and township each one, the Han nationality middle School in city and township three, a total of339junior middle school teachers, through the issuance of a self-designed questionnaire "junior high school teachers educational technology quality and teachers professional ability questionnaire" investigation, conducts the research to the following contents:the status and characteristics of the junior middle school teachers’educational technology ability; teachers professional ability status and characteristics of the junior middle school teachers; the relationship between junior middle school teachers educational technology quality and teachers professional ability; coutermeasures research conclusions to improve junior high school junior middle school teachers educational technology quality and teachers professional ability development.This paper mainly through research, have the following conclusions:(1)The junior middle school teachers’educational technology quality is close to a good level, the strongest independent consciousness is consciousness and bearing, the worst independent consciousness is social responsibility; On different gender, there is no significant difference, the different type, different career stages, different teacher types exist significant differences.(2) The junior middle school teachers’professional ability is in an ordinary level, teaching design is best, worst teaching evaluation; On different gender, there is no significant difference, the different type, different career stages, different teacher types exist significant differences.(3) The junior middle school teachers’professional overall educational technology quality and the dimensions and the quality of professional ability at the0.01level is significantly positively related to the junior middle school teachers’educational technology quality of professional ability have positive forecasts and promote role.(4) Application and innovation is the key influencing factors of junior middle school teachers’professional ability, teachers’teaching design and implementation and research and development is affects teachers’ educational technology quality, to further improve and affected the improvement of teachers’professional ability. According to the research conclusions this paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1) The junior middle school teachers should improve application and innovation through vectoring students ues morden technology healthy and specification(2) The junior middle school can use pluralism evaluate subject to improve teachers professional ability(3) The junior middle school teachers should improve application and innovation through icultivate, to promote teachers’professional ability development.
