| In 21st century, the informationization of education and the further reform of basic education have continous impacts on traditional modes of teaching. It is a major issue how to explore designing new methods of teaching and learning to adapt to the information age. Improving the students'information capability, and cultivating their skills needed in the 21st century are the main goals of disseminating information technology education in basic education in our country. New curriculum has claimed demands to the teachers in the conceptions of teaching and learning, the ways of teaching organization, the evaluation of students' achievement, the extent of the students' participation, the roles of teachers, the modes of students'learning. The education of high school information technology demands that teachers should change ideas of education firstly. High school information technology teachers, as education practitioners and researchers, need to strengthen theoretical study, follow the trend of education reform closely, and explore effective teaching methods and teaching modes. So it is a long-term issue to study and research the design of high school information technology education.In this paper, the theoretical research and action research methods are mainly used. Focusing on the process of the instructional design, from the view of learners' experience, under the concept of the new curriculum, a whole thought about high school information technology design has been built on the basis of the existing theory of high school information technology education, in order to provide a direction of methods and an idea which can be learned for optimizing the process of high school information technology education.Firstly, by analyzing the substantial literature, the requirements in teaching and learning on the implementation of China's current reform are expatiated; and with the current rapid development of information technology,the demands for systematization and scientification of information technology education are illustrated; a new round of curriculum reform of basic instructional curriculum in our country advances that improving the information quality is the core of information technology education is explained. These trends require a review at high school information technology instructional design.Secondly, the basic theoretical and practical foundations of high school information technology instructional design are narrated in detail. Learning theory, spreading theory, system theory, and its implications for instructional design of the high school education are illustrated.Thirdly, on the basis of a detailed analysis of the theory and practice development trends, based on the learners' experience, a curriculum- oriented mode has been advanced for high school information technology instructional process design.Fourthly,according to the proposed process model of high school information technology instructional design, combining with teaching practice, the author presents a teaching case of " designing and producing a web page". And this is taken as a reference of instructional practice of high school information technology teachers. |
