| In the 21st century, the international competition is ultimately talent competition. Talent cultivation is a historic mission to the teacher, the development of teacher is the key to cultivating talents. Correspondingly, how to promote the development of teacher became the focus of education research, positive, rational developmental evaluation for teacher is the objective needs and driving to promote the development of teacher. On the basis of current investigation of high school geography teacher evaluation situation, based on the theory of developmental evaluation of teacher, with promoting teacher's professional development and improving teacher's professional qualities as a fundamental, in this paper, action research and theoretic sublimation supplement each other, find out the problem, analyzes the reasons and the existing problems of the geography teacher evaluation of high school, and also analyses the necessity and urgency of implement developmental evaluation of teacher to geography teacher of high school. Based on the reality and developmental opportunities to build the theoretical basis, the reality foundation, the principle of evaluation, the evaluation standard and content for the theory of developmental evaluation of high school geography teacher, and designed different elements, different weights of the evaluation index system and evaluation implementing steps. This is not only an innovation for geography teacher evaluation model of high school, but also the theoretical filler for high school geography teacher professional construction and professional development.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is mainly about introducing the research progress of teacher evaluation and find out that the situation of high school geography teacher evaluation is not quite optimistic through questionnaire survey, and perform causal analysis;The second part, combs for the developmental teacher evaluation theory, laid a theoretical foundation for the construction of high school geography teacher evaluation system;The third part, constructs the system of high school geography teacher evaluation systematically, using dual comparison matrix determine the weight of evaluation index system, increase the scientificalness of the evaluation index system;The fourth part, proposes some specific measures and suggestions for the implementation of developmental evaluation of high school geography teacher. |
