With an emerging trend towards a"positive psychology"that focuses on the concerning and research of human strengths and positive psychological ability, work engagement as a positive work-related state of mind becomes a new hotspot in the research field of organizational behavior and human resources. Also with the development of the society, teacher's own research gets extensive concern in recent years.In this thesis, we studied the relationship between teacher's work engagement and work values,achievement motivation by researching the teachers in Nanchang city, in order to seek for the probable effective intervention to teacher's work engagement, offer experiences and inspirations to adjust and improve teacher's state of work engagement, and offer reference for the later correct intervention action.We withdrew 350 questionnaires, and 285 questionnaires are available. After analyzing the data we got through SPSS software, we found that:(1)The whole level of teacher's work engagement is general ; The teachers got a high score on work value but a low score on achievability.(2)Teacher's work engagement has a obvious positive relative with the terminal values and the achievability, i.e. the higher terminal value or achievability, the higher level of work engagement;(3)Self-development,Dignity and self-achievement,Society mutual-relation and the motivation of pursuing success, these four factors have stronger prediction function in work engagement's three latitudes.(4)Work value has a mediating effect between achievability and work engagement.
