In this study, we analyzed the relationship between new employee’s inner work motivation and their work engagement. Our data came from466new workers. Then, we had tried to understand the specificity of new employee’s work motivation, work engagement, ustress, and unsupportive relationship, by comparing data of new employee and old employee. We conducted this study though three part:the relationship of variables, the effect of demographic variables, the effect of moderator and mediator. There is few study about unsupportive relationship, we hope to provide some useful results about it. And our results show that:(1) The partial correlations between the variables are significant;(2) the effect of demographic is significant, and there are some interactions;(3) the inner work motivation can significantly predict work engagement;(4) the ustress mediates the relation between inner work motivation and work engagement;(5) the unsupportive relationship moderates the relation between inner work motivation and work engagement;(6) there are some mixed models.
