| With the continuous development of computer network technology, the construction and application of network course has always been a much-talked-about topic in the field of education. Under the influence of the open courseware of MIT, the global campaign for opening education resources has never been interrupted, until the emergence of the MOOC which will bring the opening campaign into a new stage of development. This study selects excellent resources in foreign and constructs the course of opening network for the education technology professional English, aiming at creating network environment for learning professional English, improving and expanding the professional field of education technology undergraduates, on the basis of which, promoting the comprehensive development of the learners’ English ability. This study applies the network curriculum in several domestic colleges and universities including Shaanxi Normal University, discusses some problems in the application process and tries to put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This study is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, mainly introducing under the backdrop of the rise of the international opening education resources and the requirement of ministry education for curriculum reform. Through the literature research method, this part clarifies the current situation of the construction of network opening curriculum resources and the professional English teaching, either in domestic or foreign. Research found that the construction of network opening courses at home and abroad has made considerable achievements; although there are many researches for professional English teaching, there exist a series of problems of training students’ English ability singly, not putting enough importance on the curriculum and so on; the application research of education technology professional English teaching comes from different angles and achieves good results, but in the aspect of network course of education technology professional English, the application research is still in the blank. So,to constructe a network opening courses is imperative. This chapter discusses mainly from four parts:the research background, the research status at home and abroad, the theoretical basis of course and the research design.The second chapter is the analysis of the learners’ needs for education technology professional English. Through the questionnaire survey of the learner’s needs for education technology professional English, the survey found that the respondents are very interested in this course no matter studied the course or not. The respondents who learned this course put forward many valuable opinions on construction of the course. On the other hand, those respondents who didn’t study this course have great expectations.The third chapter is the curriculum design. According to the literature research and the result of learning demand survey, this part designs the network opening course and makes summary form the teaching goal, curriculum content, curriculum activities, teaching organizations and so on.The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter is the core of this research. The fifth chapter is the process of network course application. According to the actual situation of the schools teaching, this part summarizes the blended learning ways of network course, the specific application situation and the characteristics of every kind of ways, and the problems or difficulties which are reflected by students. In the addition, this part brings MOOC from abroad directly into the course teaching, interviews and summarizes the problems in the process of teaching and learning between teachers and students, and puts forward some solving measures. Moreover, at the end of the course, this study carries on the interview to teachers in schools, listens to advantages and problems of the curriculum design which are pointed out by teachers and assimilates the sincere suggestions from teachers.The fifth chapter is data analysis. This part summarizes the reasons of course application effect, based on the comprehensive data analysis of the interviews, the investigation of curriculum application effect. Furthermore, this part carries out discussion from three aspects:students, teachers and curriculum design.The sixth chapter is summary and inspiration. In this chapter, the conclusion of the whole research is three teaching and learning model, enlighten which model is the best choice to learners, and the value from the study. |
