Xinjiang is minority region, compared with the developed region, the speed and level of vocational education is lower, the vocational education of going beyond the district and jointly running a school can help to introduce the advanced education resource, to renew the thoughts of running a school, to improve the level and quality of running a school, to develop the applied talent to promote the development of economy and society. The author expounds the significance and function of the vocational education in Xinjiang and jointly running a school, sums up the modals of jointly running a school, gives the related solutions and thoughts on the problems of cooperation of the Xinjiang vocational education of going beyond the district.The whole thesis writing altogether comprises of the following four parts:1. Narrating the significance, the content, the methods of research, totally expounding the documents, definiting the related conception.2. Narrating the result of survey of jointly running a school of Xinjiang vocational education of going beyond the district, and summing up the main present models, mainly introducing the separate features and operating patterns of each model.3. Making separate research on two vocational colleges that succeed in jointly running a school of Xinjiang vocational education of going beyond the district, and summing up the causes of cooperation, the models of jointly running a school, the present problems and related solutions.4. Mainly narrating the present problems and related solutions of jointly running a school of Xinjiang vocational education of going beyond the district in five ways: the coordination and support from the government, the solution of education funds, enrolling new students, teaching conditions, teacher qualification and student management.
