In the present education system, it is essential to combine vocational colleges and enterprises for Curriculum Development. In this case, vocational colleges can make the way to break the shackles of traditional curriculum model, and promote students' professional capacities. The college-enterprise cooperation mechanism for curriculum development and related issues are studied in this thesis. The thesis is classified into 4 chapters. Chapter 1 is Introduction. Chapter 2 is the reality based of the college-enterprise cooperation for curriculum development. Chapter 3 is the interaction mechanism of the college-enterprise cooperation for curriculum development. And Chapter 4 is the safeguards to enhance the college-enterprise cooperation for curriculum development.Through in-depth investigations and studies, the thesis proposes 7 problems in the college-enterprise cooperation for curriculum development, including not fully breaking the shackles of traditional curriculum model, low awareness of college-enterprise cooperation involvement, ineffectiveness of cooperation, teachers' lack of accurate understanding of project course and poor management of the college-enterprise cooperation for curriculum development, which obstacles rapid progress of the curriculum development. The college-enterprise cooperation for curriculum development meets the requirements of curriculum reform in vocational colleges. It is the way to promote students' professional capacities. With the college-enterprise cooperation for curriculum development, the entrance to the curriculum development in vocational college can be easily found, the benefits of the cooperation can be easily seen and the resources of the colleges and enterprises can be integrated effectively.In the process of the college-enterprise cooperation for curriculum development, teachers are the hosts, whose will and capabilities determine the progress and effect of the curriculum development. The involvement of teachers changes the relation between teacher and curriculum, improves the students' learning and is good for the popularities of vocational college textbooks. The thesis states the responsibilities of teachers, such as determining curriculum system, composing curriculum standards, drafting teaching methods and developing teaching resources and textbooks, etc. Changing the role and concept, as well as excellent abilities of doing researching, expressing and cooperation with enterprise experts are the necessary ties for teachers to do curriculum development tasks.Enterprise experts are important as well. Their responsibilities include providing post tasks, professional capabilities, knowledge associated with jobs and consultations with curriculum development. Curriculum expert who commands theories and technologies is the administrator and director. When choosing a suitable expert, his/her post, expressing ability, interpersonal communication, attitude, time and cost-consuming should be taken into consideration. Their level constrains the progress and qualities. Hosting conferences associated with post tasks and professional capabilities analysis, instructing teachers design project curriculum and checking the products of curriculum development are the main tasks of them. The presidents and administrators of curriculum in the college is another influential factor in the curriculum development. So the thesis sums up these factors and draw up an Interactive simulation graphic between college, enterprise expert, curriculum expert and government.Teacher involvement mechanism and enterprise involvement mechanism are the safeguards for enhancing college-enterprise cooperation for curriculum development. Teacher involvement mechanism refers to establishing sufficient rights, potent encouragement or award, just assessment and effective training mechanism. Enterprise involvement mechanism lies in the blameless beneficial result, win-win cooperation mechanism and scientific management. Vocational colleges have to build up conditions and atmosphere, stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers, and promote teachers' sense of responsibilities, ensuring that they devote themselves to the career of curriculum development.
