Small-Class Oriented Education (SMOE) has developed rapidly as an advanced education form and education idea in the world since 1960. With the implementation of China's family planning policy, population growth of urban and economically developed areas has been better controlled. As the narrowing of the class amount, education subject, education background and interaction between teachers and students have changed.
