Nowadays, quality-oriented education is widely advocated, to cultivate creative talent is the basic requirement of the development of history and society, which is the democratic, subjective and developing education, i.e. it is the education which is realized by promoting social development modernization by means of modernization of people's quality which is promoted by modernization of education. According to the connotation and requirement of this teaching theory, in order to make the students'developing subjectively, all round. And harmoniously, we should pay attention to the personalities and characteristics of each student, and take all students into consideration, class is not only the basic unit of school's educating activity, but also the most important social organization of students'school lives. Class management is the basic section of school management, to manage the class effectively and to make full use of the function of class management are of great importance to achieve aims of school management. This research takes class management in middle school and primary school as subjects, and is based on some relevant modern education theories, which analyzes the following points: analyzes the properties, characteristics and realities of class management of modern classes, and then analyzes the necessity perform class management in middle school and primary school; concludes the basic theories and principles of class management based on properties and characteristics of class; concludes several strategies of class management and puts forward 1+1 mode; and gives prospects of the follow-up researches. The sense of the research and the modes of class management, giving theoretical and technological support to class management; triggering student'activity and creativity to manage their own class by renovating class management, making the class a place where students can manage it by themselves; study actively; live a tree life and develop freely.
