Considering And Practice In The Fields Of Individualized Reading In The Condition Of Small Class Teaching

We are living in a diversified age, demanding to be expanded and needing more innovations and individual characters. The training target established by education, has already changed from "knowledge type " to "intelligence type" and now towards to "character harmonious development", which requests educators to see the student as an active, independent and self-respecting person. In the traditional Chinese teaching , the closing and mode of impart method suppressed the student's individual characters and the large capacity class made such characters more difficult to develop. With our population policy carrying out and our ideal of breeding changing ,the small class teaching becomes a king of trend.
