We are living in a diversified age, demanding to be expanded and needing more innovations and individual characters. The training target established by education, has already changed from "knowledge type " to "intelligence type" and now towards to "character harmonious development", which requests educators to see the student as an active, independent and self-respecting person. In the traditional Chinese teaching , the closing and mode of impart method suppressed the student's individual characters and the large capacity class made such characters more difficult to develop. With our population policy carrying out and our ideal of breeding changing ,the small class teaching becomes a king of trend. Under such situation that the new course goes deep into a development, how to make the people center, how to concern the student's individual differences, how to develop their characters and how to release their potential, on the individualized reading of the small class teaching, will be our teaching focus .The school of mine takes the small class as unit to carry on the teaching.
