Higher Vocational Education is not only an important part of higher education system,but also one of China's government-provided public services,so it plays an important role in the promotion of socio-economic development and scientific-technological progress. It is an inevitable choice to develop vocational education vigorously for implementing the strategies of stronging our country by technology and education and human resources,and for accelerating human resource development, promoting China's new path of industrialization, promoting employment and reemployment. If we want to make higher vocational education more important in the economic construction, it is very critical to have a comprehensive high quality, team-structured, high level business to meet the higher vocational colleges and higher vocational education itself, the development of teaching staff.In recent years, China's higher vocational education has undergone great changes in the policies and regulations on the building systems. It promote the development of vocational education vigorously, and also make a lot of efforts on the construction of teaching staff. However, with China's development of economic construction, with the current high-tech application of manpower needs and requirements of the Higher Vocational Education With the new training goals are also clear,it requires that government continuously improves the macroeconomic policyof the management of higher vocational college teachers . relevant scientific theory into practice, deep the reform, and establish a rational allocation of resources which is helpful to teachers, an effective mechanism for construction has been a sufficient number of reasonable structure, high-quality of vocational teachers around the center of comprehensively improving the quality of teachers. This article is based on this context.
