The research is based on idea of the person-job fit.1 collected data by interview and practice and then use the software to analyze the data, construct an theory structure which contains competency requirement of the clients service,job satisfaction,job-burnout, intention to turnover. The research intend to deplore the infection of person-job fit.The initial conclusion of this research is:Firstly, the difference of turnover intention on the marriage is not significant. the difference of turnover intention on the time of work is near to be significant. By the LSD analyze,the time of work is less than one year is significantly different with more than 5 years.Secondly, the difference on the job-burnout is not significant between married employees and unmarried employees. But the job burnout is significantly different among the time of work. By the LSD analyze, the time of work is less than one year is significantly different with more than 5 years.Thirdly, the difference of marriage, work time times of turnover on job- satisfaction is not significant.Fourthly, the degree of match on the competence is significantly related with job- satisfaction, job-burnout, turnover intention. The three aspects of the competence model is significantly related job- satisfaction, job- burnout, turnover intention.Fifthly, the degree of match has significant direct effectiveness, even by the job- satisfaction, job-burnout, the effectiveness is significant too.
