The employment of college graduates is a wide-ranging social problem and a morale project to which our party and government attach great importance. The quick development of higher education in the recent years offered more opportunities for students to go to college and cultivated more talents for our society. Meanwhile, College graduates had more pressure to get employed. It was more and more difficult for college graduates to find jobs, which has become one of the hot issues of social concern. The outbreak of world financial crisis in recent years made the problem even more serious. Therefore, the research on the employment of college graduates under the guidance of the scientific development viewpoint has crucial theoretical value and practical significance to the economic development and social stability of our county.Apart from the Introduction and Conclusion parts, the thesis includes other four parts:Part One: The Scientific Development Viewpoint and the Employment of College Graduates. The scientific development viewpoint was put forward based on the summary of the experiences of China modern construction to meet the needs of the time. It is the concentrated expression of the world outlook and methodology which guide the progress of the society. The application of the scientific development viewpoint in guiding the employment of college graduates can help them get to know the employment situation and policy and form correct employment outlook, guide them to solve the problems encountered in employment.
