The new round of curriculum reform promote course evaluations of foothold process, promote development", which emphasize the establishment to promote the overall development of students, continuously exaltation of teachers and the course continuously development of evaluation system. The current situation of Chinese studies evaluation in elementary school still not optimism, examination is still the main way adopted to appraise a student's learning ability , all-round development and individual difference were ignored. This article foothold on the healthy development of students, in view of the drawbacks of traditional Chinese studies evaluation in elementary school, to introduce a human face to explore lower grades of elementary school Chinese evaluation study in the new curriculum reform of the innovation evaluation of new ideas, namely in the teaching process to evaluate the process and result, takes the student in each time progressive condition and the level of effort, focuses in student's potential development.This article includes four parts, which are as follows:The Chapter one is introduction mainly introduced the research significance of this topic, relates domestic and foreign research present situation as well as this article characteristic and the innovation placeThe second chapter is about the new curriculum reform background under innovation evaluation. This chapter studies the traditional evaluation of basic education problems, as well as the context of academic evaluation of new courses and features the focus of two made a detailed introduction, and then highlights the new curriculum reform in the context of the importance and necessity of innovation evaluation.The third chapter is about reform strategy of the elementary school lower grade Chinese studies. In the new curriculum reform of the innovation evaluation of new concepts, this chapter for the characteristics of pupils in elementary school, from the practice angle to three aspects to carry on some new explorations of the classroom instruction evaluation, the language daily evaluation and the test evaluation.The fourth chapter is about the fundamental principle of primary grades Chinese study evaluation and the teacher's positioning. This chapter is going to introduce few fundamental principles which can improve and find the better way to do on the study evaluation. In the meantime, teachers should realize their role reversal during teaching in order to find their better positioning.
