An Inquring Study On The Current Condition Of Human Quality Of The College Students From The Sports Schools In XinJiang Uygur Autonomous Region

purpose: the purpose of this dissertation is to know the current situation and influence of sports majorers' cultural quality and limited factors for sports majorers of the universities in XinJiang, based on which to put forward the policy of increasing sports majorers' cultural quality. So it can be the proper trusted and objective reference to the education department. And it has the important meaning for increasing the whole level of cultural quality of university students in Xinjiang and adapting the requirement of social development.Methods: In order to elevate sports majorers' cultural quality of the university in Xinjiang and accomplish this dissertation, the methods used in this paper include documentary and material; expert-interview or consultant; statistics analysis; questionnaire inquiring.Conclutions: there are remarkable disparities between the human quality of the college students in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region and that of the non-sports majorers in comprehensive universities. The human quality of college students in comprehensive universities is higher than that of the students from sports institutions, and there is not remarkable disparities between the college students majoring in physical education and the college students majoring in sports training. However, as far as the cultrual quality and innovative quality are concerned, the cultrual quality of the physical education majorers is higher than that of the sports training majorers; and the innovative quality of the sports training majorers than that of the physical education majorers. And there is not remarkable disparities between the human quality of the male college students and that of the female college students. With the increase of the grades, students' human quality and inerpersonal communication quality increase. With the increase of the grades, students' ideology quality and the morality quality also increase, but it decreases as far as the senior students are concerned.Suggestion:we obtain some advice about how to elevate the human quality of the sports college students in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region:1. Converting the educational conception is a must in order to form the educational conception of cultivating the students from all aspects;2. Creating a scientific appraisal environment is important to promote the students' self-awareness and motivation to elevate the human quality;3. Strengthening the education of moral quality and the current policy of our country and elevating the students' ideology and morality quality is something urgently needs to be done;4. We should make the most of the third classroom to cultivate more fully-educatded students;5. Making the best of the feature and advantage of ethnic region to strengthen the education of national consolidation and form a correct religious conception is helpful for elevating the human quality of the sports majorers in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region.
