Teacher is the first factor and core resources in education. The quality of teachers determines the success or failure of a national's education. In order to improve teaching quality, it is necessary to improve teacher quality. With the professional development of teachers, the implementation of the new curriculum reform and the integration of teacher education requirements. It's necessary to reform higher teacher education to culture expert teacher having ability to reflect, innovation and research. However, now in China higher teacher education have the phenomenon such as:great importance to imparting knowledge, ignore cultivate ability; great importance to academic, ignore practice.Teaching practice as an essential part of transformation from student to teacher is a bridge that connection theory and practice together. But in China, there are always some problems with educational practice. Graduates of teachers colleges fail to meet requirements, a fresh graduate must be re-training, re-learning, to adapt to the teaching work. This phenomenon from a side explains that educational practice didn't play the role it should be. How to change this phenomenon to improve educational practice quality becomes a important issue in higher teacher education study. The key to how to improve educational practice quality is that we choose which educational practice mode. So scientific and rational mode of teaching practice should be the key. These shows, practice mode should be the most important areas for the study of teaching practice. While six normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education began accepting students for free school students in 2007, it pointed out that the aim is to strengthen the practice teaching and consummate the internship system that the normal students practice in primary and secondary school for six months. This decision render the original internship model can not satisfy current normal education requirements any more, therefore, the reform of practice pattern become the inevitable choice.Through read the vast literature, implementation of actual research, choose Weinan Teachers College, Baoji University of Art and Science and Shaanxi Normal University to survey. Rational analysis the problems of education practical implementation in physics education and then put forward some personal opinions to education practical implementation hope that will have some positive impact on educational practice.This article includes following five parts:Part I:Introduction. In this part, describes the research background, explains the causes and significance of topics, and research the content and methods of this research. PartⅡ:Theoretical basis for educational practice. Including the content of teaching practice, the importance of practice the ancient Chinese and foreign, as well as psychological support for the theory of teaching practice.PartⅢ:Theoretical summary. By discussing the research of home and abroad educational practice modes then compared the various educational practice modes.PartⅣ:Investigation and analysis current education practice mode in physics education. From investigation mainly discuss the educational practice status quo in physics education.PartⅤ:Comment the current education practice mode and the new ideas to the new education practice mode. This part is the core of this paper, through analysis the current education practice find the problems, and then proposals some reform programs.
