Undergraduate vocational education teachers educational courses are critical factor on vocational education teachers training, and the important guarantee on vocational education teachers professional skills improving. At present, mainland China vocational education teacher professional development and vocational education "Double-Teacher" building make higher quality requirements on undergraduate vocational education teachers training. Based on this, researching on Taiwan current situation of graduate vocational education teachers educational curriculum and summarizing the successful experience of undergraduate vocational education teachers educational courses setting has an important practical significance on identifying and solving the problems existed in undergraduate vocational education teachers educational courses setting and promote the reformation of undergraduate vocational education teachers training curriculum in mainland China.This thesis mainly adopted three research methods, which are literature research method, investigation method and comparative method. Firstly, this paper reviews the documents literature about vocational education teachers team building and vocational education teachers educational courses setting in recent years. Then, it briefly describes the current situations and characteristics of the vocational education teachers training courses setting worldwide, as well as the background of the vocational education teachers training in Taiwan. Once again, the writer conducted some interviews with 8 professors from 4 colleges in Taiwan by email and did some researches on the 8 colleges in Taiwan by searching information on the schools' official websites, researched the current situations of educational courses setting in 8 Taiwan colleges fostered undergraduate vocational education teachers, summarize its characteristics:reasonable course structure, innovative curriculum content, emphasizing practice, etc. On this basis, I make comparative research on educational courses setting with 8 mainland colleges trained undergraduate vocational education teachers in their vocational education major, and states the problems on the undergraduate vocational education teachers educational courses setting in mainland China. Finally, this paper draws lessons from the successful experience of undergraduate vocational education teachers educational courses setting in Taiwan, and makes inspiration and proposal on the reformation of courses structure, courses content, courses implementation and education practice for the problems existed in undergraduate vocational education teachers educational courses setting in mainland China.
