Education Research On College Career Planning

Western countries career planning theory and research has made for years, and made a fruitful achievements in theory, and our country in career planning research is still in the stage of exploration and study. Students feel fear,uncertain and helpless in the face of employment with lack of awareness of the professional rules in the backward of career planning education.Even worse, employment is more difficult with the more number of graduates of recruitment, increasingly severe employment situation. How students career planning education go, has become a hot topic of common concern and problems to the people.This paper firstly expound career planning related concepts and related theory and practice is expounded, and on this basis, expound the connotation of college career planning, significance and principles, and use the method of questionnaire investigation to analyze the present situation of college career planning in nanchang university science management majors. Then use system analysis method to analyze career planning of affecting the university students' education through the Archetypes analysis, and at last put forward systems of career planning from students and university.The innovation of this paper is to use the Archetypes analysis methods to make research on college students' career planning.And have certain reference significance to improve college students' career planning, and strengthen the teaching reform, talent training,and employment in university.
