The Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasure Of The Students Who Have The Specialty In PE In High Schools

The students who have the specialty in PE in high schools are the important part of our country's sports's talent succession ,to realize the idea of diversity of balanced program development in terms of"through the integrated development to develop specialty further"it will be helpful to have researches on the current situation,formation cause and strategy of the training of the students with the specialty in pe and to give them deserved focus and help. So that we are able to meet the two needs of Quality Education and specialty development raised by our country while we can also provide enough talented people with our country's sustainable development of sports.It is a crucial period in the high school for both the growing development of the teenagers and the development of the talent succession of sports undertakings. School featuring sports is both one of most important fundamental organization of after- school sports training and a perfect combination of school sports and athletic sports. This kind of school is committed to popularizing sports,improvement of the students'physical quality and training of the student's sport consciousness,having the students quality of education by means of advantages of education resource so as to carry out"combine sports with education"when train the sports's talent succession .In this passage we take the students in the shanghai 52th high school as object of study by means of documentation,expert interview,comprehensive analysis and comparative analysis to investige the current situation and propose response strategy. The result shows that the idea"combine sports with education"is far from practicable, Sports talented persons have few choices of their later period, which have a great impact on the health development of the sports undertakings. Meanwhile there are a lot of deficiencies in enrolling system which restrict the training of the sports talented students. So the following measures should be taken:setting up diversified management system,improving teaching conditions,doing a solid work on sports personnel training,lifting the overall quality of teaching and administrative staff,improving the enrolling system,realizing standardization and schematization to make the assessment on the bases of equity, introducing market mechanism to provide more opportunities for the'students to have match and to raise the competitiveness of our athletes,so as to perfect existing training system of sports talented students.
