Entering primary school for children is the symbol of start to accept school education, also is important turning point in rapid development of physical and mental. From nursery into primary school, children in the face of sudden change in education and living conditions, bound to various aspects of the incompatible. In terms of individual, the school adaptation related to the children's future sustainable development and lifelong learning, will affect the schoollife, also have potential significant impact on their interpersonal relationships, mood and emotion, career development in future; in terms of rural areas education, will inevitably affect its quality that is undertakes the training of basic education in rural areas. This will inevitably require us to pay attention to first-year students in rural primary schools. However, relevant education policies, regulations and academic research work are not satisfied rural primary school students to get a better development. At present, how to build support system included school, family and society together, strengthening theoretical research on school adjustment, innovate educational content and teaching model fit for physical and mental development for primary school students, improve adaptability of school adjustment, this is an important issue need administration and researchers focus on, also this paper intended to address.In this paper, through analysis of relevant literature, questionnaires survey, interviews, case study, have an overview on current situation of Primary and analysis factor from school, families and society in depth. Base on this, put for word education strategy to improving adaptability of the first-year students in rural primary school. Text is divided into five parts:The first part discusses research content and purpose, reason and meaning of research, definition and description, domestic and international research profile, important and difficult points, innovation, research ideas and methods.The second part discusses the current situation and problems of rural elementary school students. In this study, conducted survey in the Southwest rural in ShanDong province, specifically examined students in learning, behavior, interpersonal communication, mood and emotion, collective consciousness.The third part analyzed the causes of problems in rural elementary school students' adaptability. Integrate information from survey, find the main causes of school adjustment problems is:the educational concept of parent in rural areas, teaching methods have bias; the overall quality of rural teachers is lower, teacher-student relationship is not harmonious; have differences between the nursery and primary school didn't pay enough attention; the education background that neglect of quality education.The fourth part discusses Strategies to improve students' adaptability. First proposed principle must be followed:the principle of integrity, the principle of education affect consistency, the principle of equality and respect and the principle of individualized education; followed by proposed strategy:Parents should establish correct view of child development and educational concept, create a harmonious family environment; join nursery and primary education, promote the sustainable development of children; establish democratic and equal relationship; create collective atmosphere of psychological compatibility; changing concepts of education, to promote home-school cooperation.
